Rebecca LaFleur, LMSW

I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker specializing in individual and family therapy. My undergraduate degree is in psychology. I had another career before shifting to social work in 2019. In 2021, I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work with my master’s in social work. While getting my degree I worked in a street outreach program in West Baltimore and a community hospital building a behavioral health clinic.

Over the past two years, I have worked in a healthcare setting, working specifically in end-of-life and grief settings. I am currently pursuing a master's in palliative care at The University of Maryland, Baltimore. My primary goal is to work with people experiencing grief, my experiences have prepared me for assisting in the treatment of trauma and navigating significant life changes.
